At the recent HICCS conference in the US, RADAR_BY, led by founder Vasil Navumau, played a pivotal role in illuminating the current situation in Belarus. This platform enabled us to forge valuable connections and initiate collaborations with conference attendees. Capitalizing on this momentum, RADAR_BY is excited to announce the upcoming completion and publication of a comprehensive research project focusing on the Belarusian diaspora. This study will explore the experiences of urban activists who have relocated to Poland and Lithuania, offering insights into their challenges and contributions.
